Do pastor undergrads have major for their degree?
Like Methodist pastors will major in Methodist modules, Anglican major in Anglican modules etc?
Then I suppose charismatic pastors will take more modules in pneunomology? (major sp mistake) They need to learn how to heal too.
I'm interested to know how they are eventually streamed to the denomination and the church. -

as far as the anglican clergy is concerned. we have a separate Hall in Trinity Theological College known as 'St Peter's Hall' and this Hall only admits anglican theological students. -

Dr John Sung, the man God used to bring thousands to Jesus in China and South East Asia before World War 2 had a PhD in Chemistry but was kicked out of Seminary when he challenged the professors for their faithlessl theology.
Dr Sung was also greatly used by God for healing the sick, yet he was not Pentecostal. The lame walked, the blind saw, yet Dr Sung himself died of bone TB.
The Chinese church in Singapore owed a great deal to his ministry, the Methodists, the Anglicans, yes, even the Bible-Presbytarians, yet he remained a largely forgotten saint .............
God in His wisdom decided to use a Theological College drop-out to be the greatest preacher amongst the Chinese........that's why he was never ordained, never carried a title like Rev Dr, or Rev Fr, never even called Pastor Sung......he was simply Dr Sung..........not qualified lah !!
