No. So it can be basically generalised to the fact that all matured people will tend to behave in a civilised and gentlemanly behaviour.

Capital Punishment is legitimate, but it's not very good. The original purpose of Capital Punishment is to protect society from dangerous criminals. But isn't life imprisonment effective enough?
