1) are meant for christians to discuss about the questions they face when they read the bible, or encounter in their spiritual life
2) genuine keen non-believers to ask questions about this faith which they are not familiar and thereby clarifying their doubts
3) encouragements among believers
IT'S NOT FOR
people who wanna post some questions about the christian faith hoping to stir up some unrest and no matter what answers given them they are not satisfied. Getting answers from christians here is no in their agenda in the first place. causing trouble is.
WE DO NOT NEED YOUR PRESENCE HERE and WE ARE NOT HARD UP WHETHER YOU BELIEVE IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH OR NOT.
dont try to pretend to post some logical posts and side with some mainstream christians and then here keep stirring. Like it or not...gone are the days. If you do not fall into any of the above 3 categories...pls go away. -

There is never a perfect church because there is never a perfect christian. And so there is never a perfect christian forum.

Like i told one forumer, evangelism exist on a level not matched by other faiths. Not that other faiths dont preach, but sure as hell when the main thing abt christianity is to spread god's words, and lets say we dont give a value judgement as to whether the bible is true or not, its going to provoke some reactions, whether you like it or notOriginally posted by The return:LOL

More assertive or passionate christians tend not to watch their words or language as well, the more you believe your faith is true, the more 'comments' you might have made in reference to other people faith, or non faith for atheists...
Look at some of the topics made, increasingly on creation, armageddon, and i got one article that try to say emperor kangxi was a christian..i dont know, but there seems to be a movement telling people they are right, others are wrong...
Not forgetting, with reference to the latest invocation of sedition act and lawsuits against sgforums, defending on the reason the forum or the website is for exclusive people doesnt work or that webmaster cant control what people say dont work in courts anymore
well, as long as evangelism continue, and even if its really true what the christians say, i think reactions are anticipated
must learn to live with it i guess... -

the Christian teachings and biblical truths r presented in plain and clear ways.
the doubts and unfamiliarity are common due to less frequent or non-exposure and we will provide information but when its clear and understood and ppl are continuing against it why stay here in this forum?
EH do not forbid disbeliefs, who ask you to come in when you already know this is a christian forum? Like i stated in the first post, if you do not belong to those category, please leave...not even in the Chat box. -

As long its easy acessible, its a frigging public forum. it mean whatever words you and i type, are clearly seen by public, whatever the issue is. "My forum", "my blog", "my website" is no longer a tenable excuse nowadays.
Just like somebody, and maybe for some people who know who i am talking about, who also like to go other people forums and preach his belief.

well , u can leave sgforums and set up ur own discussion forums. tat way, no1 will come n disagree with u. if u set up forums in here, b prepared to let ppl criticise u.

Please. I've already stated before and for many times.
Everyone is free to air the disagreements. If we cannot agree, then let it be so. If we cannot agree, then let us part ways. Other forums are also not free from disagreements and disputes. But if we can approach all comments with a pinch of salt then everything will be well.
