Not all Christians speak in tongues... I don't and probably never will.
2) What is the different between a Catholic & a Christian?
There are many resources available in the internet that provides excellent answers to this question. Answering this question here is a flame-bait.
3) Why must we give thanks to the Lord first before we have our meals when we work like hell for money?
You don't want to give thanks, it's OK.... This is probably a tradition that came from the record that Jesus gave thanks. I don't give thanks before a meal because I am thankful for everything else as well.... and yes, I sometimes still work like hell for money.
4) Satan has been Jesus rival since the beginning of mankind, he oppose Jesus every moment, second he had the opportunity but why did Jesus doesn't want to defeat him a very long time ago?
If Satan had been defeated a long time ago, you would not be in existence. -

2)Many differences. They believe in different things. refer to Honeybunz's thread for a list of comparison.
3) That practice is solely up to the individual. It is not a must.
4) The story of how Jesus was tempted by Satan was a drama created by God. It is used to show humans that they must not succumb to their weakness. -

If I'm a free-thinker, I'm might consider being influenced by the buddhism forum in sgForums. There is no peace in EH, considering the type of comments and reply he gets.
I consider EH as an entertaining forum ... To seek answer, never seek here...
All people want to do when you state your opinion is bash you and tell you how wrong you are.

Speaking in tongues in the Christian context is very different from what you see at the Taoist temples... the person speaking in tongues is not possessed by another spirit like what happens in the taoist temples. When a Christian speaks in tongues, it is by the ability of the Holy Spirit, when a Christian speaks in tongues, he is fully aware of all that is going on around him and he can choose to start or stop at anytime. The Holy Spirit is a gentleman and will not force a Chrisitan to speak in tongues, the Christian has the choice to either do it or not. The Christian is always in control. Since when did I say that you have to be posessed by a spirit in order to speak in touges? You do not necessary need to be posessed in order to speak in tounges. And how do you know that the holy spirit is in posession of the person who speak in touges? It can be any spirits or devil souls. You never will know unless you are spiritually gifted....but judging from your views on different subjects, I doubt you are spiritually gifted.

IMHO, we own nothing, everything ultimately comes from God. So it is only fair to give thanks to Him.

On, the Cross and His subsequent rising from the dead, our Lord and Master defeated Satan once and for all. So, now as Christians we proclaim that victory(Good News).

But, if your asking why Jesus still allows Satan to exsist, well that would be diffcult to answer except in the form that God's divine plan will unfold over His time. -
