Yeah 48K is a great price. Cars prices are quite low. They already declared they they want to transfer the cost to usage of cars instead of ownership, i.e. lower car prices, more gantries in the future. -

congestion zone has been around since i dunno when. defo b4 03. 1st Jan 04, the raised it to 8 pounds.
