Ya, christian bks quite ex man. Thought of borrowing from friends or my church library but when I read books seriously, I will tend to write notes and highlight. Cannot do that for borrowed bks.

Christian Books are expensive in general because it mainly come from the US and importers only import a small amount compared to other types of books and thus we have to pay a higher price.
Usually my church get our books from Campus Crusade @ Boon Keng, Tecman @ Bras Basah, SKS @ Outram, Singapore Every Home Crusade @ Geylang - next to Churches of Singapore office, Scripture Union @ TTC.
Books at Life Bookshop, Daily Gifts are also general priced but do wait for their sales of up to 20% off the usual price. -

Shouldnt such books be cheaper, unless the publishers are making money out of it (sheesh) or the paper material is 300 gsm.
