Has speaking in tongues got to do with eternal salvation? As i said, when i see certain charismatic tongue speaking Christians abusing the grace & truth doctrine, i really doubt what will happen when they die.
AGAIN I AM NOT GOD, SO DONT SAY I JUDGE THEM TO HELL. (Not shouting ok?) We just have to check ourselves. Salvation belongs to God alone. -
I do not disagree with your explanation. As much as I do not speak in tongues, I do not disbelieve such manifestation. Paul was not opposed to tounges. His point was that if someone speakes tounges in a public assembly, it is essential that there will be an intepretation so that listeners will be instructed.
John, I agree with you on this one. Speaking in tongues has nothing to do with salvation. I think he ought to bring to those points back and consolidate and present what his stand is from the beginning till now.

Ok, let me explain. I cant judge whether ppl go to heaven but i can judge myself right? Salvation anyway belongs to God. Even if i judge myself worthy of heaven, i still have to ask for forgiveness bcos of original sin. Life is a process not an absolute. Yes, i cant judge myself in the first & last place. But judge has 2 subtle meanings: one is Judgement by God Himself & the other judging ourselves. Listen- I can judge myself bcos i have a conscience given by God & thereby from this i judge myself guilty or innocent before God.
