But, i dont at all agree to your conclusion that we humans can never understand what God is doing. Not all of what God is - Yes, but if we dont even understand the meaning of Love - which is "God's doing" no matter if you like it or not - we cannot have Life. Seek God, and He will give you understanding.
And i certaintly do not agree with you about tagging IQ levels to understanding God's words. Intelligence is not a requirement of carrying the cross - Willingness is the "requirement".

understanding does not equal believing
knowing your bible does not equate being spiritual either

But God did say to love Him with all our hearts, souls, minds, & strengths in the first commandment. Also Paul said to renew our minds by the Word of God daily. I dont have bible verses w me so pls confirm if i am correct.

Some who have high IQ but are spiritually blind. Some who are just commoners or the poor but they understand the bible much better than them. They are spiritually riched inside. hm... not all ppl who are born with high IQ are spiritually blind... and not all people who are born with high IQ are intellectual people... the biggest barrier between God and intellectual people is precisely what they have - their intellect. but of course, that is not to say we shld cast aside our intellectual n be a raving idiot...

Just like to clarify further that:
Loving the Lord with "all our minds" got nothing to do with intelligence - but rather wisdom. And notice the order ? Heart - Soul - Strength - Mind. As mentioned by the brothers and sisters here, intelligence can know that we need to love God - but the heart can say No. Possible ? Yes - The Pharisees can tell you that is it possible because of the following:
"Where your heart is, your teasure will be" - Matthew 6:21.
Re-new our mind with God's Word - why ? less sometimes it be corrupted by the pride of our own intelligence.
There you have it - you answered your own doubts. At all times, God speaks gently and simply. Its only sometimes, we read too much into what He is trying to say. -
