countries at the circle of fire will have volcanic eruptions......
countries at the coastal areas will kena tsunami and hurricane.....
and yes the world will come to an end, whether one believes in the Bible or not. Everything has an expiry date.

Well it seems like some Christians just like to bring God and sin into every events which happened. So i'm just waiting to say what is said this time.

As to degree of piousness or sinlessness(anyway who is sinless pls raise your hand?), Pakistan persecutes Christians as Muslim ctry & New Orleans is called "Sin City" in America. God will judge countries by how they treat Jews & Christians & how they treat God Himself. I still feel S'pore has a praying minority & generally ppl r more honest here compared to say China. Again, who are you, or i, to judge the sins of these people? at one time, you guys said to leave judgement to god, at another time, at the other time, , passing off judgement, such as labelling the people of New Orleans as sinful.
Gee, iinocent human lives are lost, and you attribute them to god's punishment, on top of that, to Pakistani persecution of christians. Again, this shows christians total lack of compassion for fellow humans, and put themselves as superior to others. One of the best hypocritical niceties of all time.
I guess the increasing hatred towards the catholic priests and protesant churches in US, as posted by one of your mates, must be a punishment from god. -
You know, I find this note totally ridiculous. It is enough to say that doomsday "prophecy" has been around since the resurrection of Christ, but to attribute each calamity to God, because He wants to punish these "sinful" people is totally unnecessary and uncalled for. In each largescale calamity (naturally or man-made) there will be Christians (or Jews) who suffers. Can you then say that these people deserved to be punished? Or are you going to state that in the view of God's plan these folks are collateral damage?
In the local cases, be it, chopping kids or maids, or murder, they are part and parcel of social ills. The multi-car accident at any expressway, or the number of NS men dying? Or the issue with the Maths question in PSLE? God's hand in it?
If you choke on food and think that God is trying to tell you not to eat too much, that's your own business. But please to attempt to "spiritualise" the experience by saying that God is trying to warn all mankind not to eat too much. -

what abt the Rwanda Genocide? the 1 million people there... they're all sinners that deserve their punishment? what abt the kids affected in the Iraq war?

Are u also saying u yourself being a S'porean r more holy than all the rest of S'poreans? Did i say ALL are sinful? The New Orleans disaster would not have been so bad if the federal, state & local govts didn't do politicking. The sins of certain rich white politicians caused the death of so many poor blacks & whites. I remind u not just blacks died but whites also. Can we blame God for that? God didn't send the hurricane purposely to kill ppl. Man has also to play a role for this disaster. Look what happen to Texas b4 the next hurricane hits? The Rwanda genocide was caused by the Hutu extremists who r majority race there. Tutsis & moderate Hutus were killed. Again it's politics. The minority Tutsis had no choice but to form an army to fight their oppressors & finally ousting them. In war, there will always be civilian casualties. Saddam had killed & tortured many political opponents like the Kurds & opposition members. As many as a few million Iraqis r in exile if i got it correct. God can see the injustice being done to these ppl in Iraq. Altho Bush might be wrong to invade, but God has His way of helping oppressed & bullied ppl even bringing gentile kings against His own apostate ppl, like what happened to Jews during Babylonian invasion & destruction of country.

Let me state that the it is not because a Christian like me is not interested in end times. It is that I am against frivilous pronouncement of damnation to the disaster stricken zones or the affected people. -
