Yes, i will as a Christian stop him & arrest him. Christian can be police officers u know & upright ones at that. Anyway, only a mad man will interpret the bible to mean he is allowed to kill or he is suffering from schizophrenia or depression. I recommend a psychiatrist or psychologist to him & pls kindly ask him to take medication or he will relapse again.
