  weather is controlled by the sun la.
  
  its e solar heat tat causes the weather to set in.
  
  El nino, La Nina, tornadoes, are due to e energy from the sun.
  
  tsunamis has got nothin to do with weather. it is jus a huge storm surge due to platonic actions or volcanic activity.
