  If jesus was the only way, he would have declared: I am the one and only way to reach god. But he didnt. why is that so?

  He said "the". He did not say "the only one".

  That has nothing to do with jesus being the only way to God. He is the way to god because no one goes directly to the father without going through him. Meaning you have to pass the way first before you reach the destination.

  it has happened over the ages..it is recorded in the bible dat ppl in those days got "slained" too. they fall upon the power of God when the Holy Spirit touched them
