When did I argue for a perfect species?
If u r not arguing for a perfect species, then why demand perfectness in the choice of partners ?
but if you are short or ugly still not so bad. but sexual preference has to do with the spreading of genes, it is one trait that kills all other good traits.
Even rats, penguins and giraffe have gays and the also face evolution. Moreover as said by the sexuality test, there is a range of preference for same or opposite sex. People who may the opposite sex and same sex can still reproduce as well. Heard of bisexuality ?How does homo not affect other people around him? e.g. his family, his wife (if he is a closet gay), his friends etc....

So christainity should not evangelise ? Then my argument to u is tat sexuality is a range and not just black or white. It do have mechanism to pass down to future generations. According to many experts, they find tat homo can be due to genes. R u gonna say they r wrong ? Impotency also violates the first principle yet there is still people who r impotent. Doesn't tat show we r still undergoing evolution and flaws still surfaced ? -

It is not about fruit of wisdom, but that animals lack the conscious or spirit put in human by God. God breathed into mankind the neshamat, something not mentioned in the creation of animals. Animals are just nefesh chayah, or living being, or soul if you like. -

Did the bible ever say tat the animals r not breath in neshamat ? If I am not wrong they neevr mention anything about the process of creation for animals. Why do u deemed yourself different from them except u eat the fruit of wisdom.

1) For me, I have had numerous quarrels with my parents over this and I agreed I hurt them. However, the problem is now more or less solved. But, in my opinion, as long as I love my parents, and I perform my duty as a son, being a christian or not is not as hurtful than telling them that u are gay and u want to move in with ur gay lover....
2) I am not a priest, so u have to ask one how he and his family come to terms with it. But being priest, in my opinion, sounds like a higher calling isn't it? Like gay, u can't have kids, but ur parents know u are in good hands.

According to many experts few decades ago, they think there exist the criminal genes in blacks, hence blacks are more prone to crime.
Let's just say the findings are not very conclusive now. -
What if one day science finds that some gays are due to genes (natural), and some are due to environment, shall more rights be given to the naturally gays e.g. right to get married since they are born like tat? A: Indirect influence is still influence in my opinion. I never say it is not important. Which is why I believe it is hurting for families of gays.
