Anyone care to share more testimonies?

As above. I think testimonies are very important as they help encourage bros and sis in Christ to be stronger in their faith. Non-christians can also see how others' lives changed by Christ.

let me share my gf's one....since i already shared mine in the other thread...
my gf's father was a rather staunch non-believer. when he suffered a heart attack at work, he was rushed to ICU and later become partially paralysed. he couldn't speak and seemed blurred to his surroundings, sometimes couldn't even recognise anyone. this lasted for six months b4 he passed away. In these six months, my gf though her chinese was very bad, took painful steps in reading the bible to him in chinese. Just b4 he died, he was weeping and cried :"Jesus saved me!"
i think this is very real for anyone of us. if we do not know where we are going after we die, wouldn't we be very afraid? But Jesus gave us a promise of paradise with him. whoever believed in him shall have life everlasting. -

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that your testimony is wholly accurate. But that isnt gonna convince a lot of people.
But then, for me, i dont mind these testimonies as they are a very personal thing.
I only dont like this story ,and this being a very famous story, used by some christians, that tell a story of a christian evangelist who went to tibet to spread the word of god to the dalai lama. end up the dalai lama locked him up in a well. The story ends with him being released by god's power and all that.
I am not sure who created this story, but i have seen this story being posted around b4, and as tho it was a fact. it was not proven or anything, and anyone who uses such story ought to be shot. its a very potentially destructive story, aim to create an impression of superiority over others.
But then again, carry on with ur testimonies.
