Promotion to reflect diversity of Christianity

  As you people know, we have three moderators in the forum - sillyme, M, s|nNeD.
  
  The latter two are as rare as ghosts .. sillyme is ok, still post once in a while. Ok, participation is not the issue now.
  
  Just want to know whether the forum allows promotion of forummers to moderator status? cos I think sillyme is a protestant right .. but I feel that we should include some Catholics in the group of moderator as well .. to reflect the diversity of Christianity.

  Hmmm...moderator or not...I think this forum already reflected a large diversity...we have christians, catholics, Atheists and even some in betweens...

  Are there Protestant churches which are rather accepting towards Catholic? What is the usual stance on Catholicism.

  That's very ideal!
  If in one church itself, people can truely love God and worship Him. You'll see revival coming very soon.

  I believe the Anglican Communion is one....think the issues which separate them are the ordaination of female priests (catholic only have males) and homosexuality...

  Some churches welcomed dialogue with the Catholic Church, while some want nothing to do with the Church (e.g. bible presbyterian practises bible separation from churches whom they believed have gone astray from Christ's teachings)

  Just a note
  
  Catholics have their own forum, go click on the All Forums tab on your left and look around.
  
  And for the mod posts, there are only three vacancies, excluding the founder, who cannot be removed.
  
  So only two out of three vacancies taken up so far.

  just a suggestion , no offence, but if dennis or m find themselves having not enuff time to mod here, mayhap peeps like laoda could be mod too

  den lets take it the protestant way - i think everyone here who contributes to the forum should take it as they are honorable moderators to keep the forum alive and safe, and to share the good news with diligence and integrity.
  
  so it doesn't matter who is the mod, its not a big issue. and i make a good speech maker.
