Different types of Christianity

  Hi all,
  
  can anyone tell me briefly about the different types of Christian worship in Singapore? I heard got Roman Catholic, Catholic, Presbyterian, Methodist, Advertist and some others. What's the difference between all these?

  Differences mebbe found in hierachical structure, worship and various issues, but all are a unified body of Christ
