The university that I got my degree from belongs to the Baptist. The land of the campus was given to the Baptist Church by the native (ie. Red Indians) in 1800s to set up the college, with the condition that the Baptist give the Red Indians free education in that university. To date, the Baptist still honour the promise and Red Indians can go there for free university studies. Cool huh?
