  physical pain so bearable... back is messed up again.. probably the same disc again

  thought it was solved.. but things happen
  
  i think it was the violent blowing of my nose and coughing because of a nasal infection that threw it out
  
  oh well.. hope to fix it soon... got a few plans that require me to be able to walk

  for last week, i was relieving my colleague's work
  now that he's back and took back his work i feel very sian... very bored now..
