I encountered poor service in the supposed best hotel restaurant back in samui.. contrast to the ang moh guests. -

oh...... there were 6 of us at the table.... the waitress only gave 3 menus.... then my fren say... "there's 6 of us... how come there's only 3 menus??" then the waitress went to complain to her manager... then the manager came and say...
