I think after Liu Bei asked that question, Cao Cao was pissed off because he thinks that Liu Bei is trying to portray himself as the good guy here and so he wanted to wallop Bei Bei, but luckily FeiHong managed to stop him.

After dinner, Bei Bei was still very troubled by his worsening relationship with Cao Cao. So he called his good fren Liang Liang "Hey wanna hang out?" Liang Liang say ok. SO Bei Bei meet Liang Liang and tell him he very emo over this issue. So Liang Liang tell him to relax and release his stress. So Liang Liang played on his radio Nine Inch Nails then they headbanged, then Bei Bei no longer feel stressed.
