btw.... juz now i walk towards the lift, then i saw one of the unit near the lift kena spray red paint at the door
then one lady use thinner to clean the door n floor -

Well, only my parents talk to neighbour, but also not much.
The only time my dad and my upstair neighbour really talk is when my neighbour kids keep dropping marbles and moving furniture..or is it?
Then kids from various floors will play at my floor there, making racket...sigh -
