Helen takes the weakened Kazaf to steal blood from a hospital and were discovered by The Duke. They are saved by a kung-fu fighting ambulance driver, Jackie(Jackie Chan). He subsequently becomes a mentor to Helen. The Duke arrives in Hong Kong with the rest of his legion, and the final battles begins...
