i suffered from it.. it was obstructive sleep apnea for me.. i snored a lot..
they removed my tonsils and straightened out (as much as possible) my messed up nasal passages.. and i sleep better now.. don't need as much sleep too!

Alternatively get a magnetic sleeping system: pillow + bed pad as that's what it does, improves blood circulation.
If you can afford it that is.
