857 will get DDs in SMRT first wave... Each bus towards city in am super crowded. I remember taking the bus in Nov and early Jan, and both times huge crowd towards YCK road industrial estate from Yishun with many people not able to board. Again around 15-20 pax board at stop before cte towards city.
pm peak bus already packed at boon keng MRT.

188 loading super high... Loading / unloading at many stops very high leading to slow travel on 188. Hopefully when more high capacity buses come, speed will improve (can remember from my recent experience on 963 rigid, how it waited at each stop for asking people to go back and then board people ).

Yes, too many BSEP adds liao... Just keep the first three BSEP adds, don't see any difference in adding 2 extra buses in Q1 of this year...
I believe 857 AM peak, PM peak and night time will be crowded as some depends on 857 from town or Little India back home to Yishun as it plies CTE.

PM peak also... Totally packed after aye.. Almost every time people at IBP Jurong cannot enter bus.. How do you expect people to stop taking car if everyday u have to squeeze into packed bus on 188?

yar! i rmb last time when 188 had more rigids in my sec school days (~7 yrs ago, when TIB492X was still 188 perm), i will always have to "count" time to see roughly when the rigids are coming so as not to waste time at the bus stop..normally at around 5 plus along AYE almost all were rigids..ever waited for 1hr coz 4 rigids fly stop..now even bendies cannot handle the load...
