|
Sianz...i hit 55 after 2030. No wonder people wana migrate la.
holy cow!!!
what is the cpf minimum sum to be left inside?
hanor.. thats why ppl migrate then take everything out of cpf.
want to migrate also must have ability to migrate if not its just daydreaming.
anyway since cannot draw out cpf money why not be smart and use the money to buy a house?
than sell the house and you can receive cash already.
that is how you can indirectly draw out your cpf money before 55

i don't think one can do it in this indirect manner. Still have to put the money in CPF after selling house. The only cash you get is the profit earned and the COV.
wat kinda job in spore ya gonna get to store in cpf thats $300,000???damn...must be a aircraft engineer or manager then can have that kinda cpf paid out till that stage!
its hopeless...no need use calculator already know its kaput already.

By then a 4 room HDB flat will cost a cool 1 million dollars.
COE will be $200K for 1600cc or smaller cars.
GST will be 25%.
And the average Singaporeans' monthly salary will be $2000.

In theory maybe.
They would probably stretch the HDB mortgage loan to 100 years to make it seem "affordable" to the common Singaporean.
I am assuming that the common "Singaporean" still exists by then. Maybe they will form 5% of the total resident population.

Whatever name you want to call it, it is still the same.
You are leasing a damn expensive HDB flat from the government.

Singaporeans are the minority.
All become slaves to the new rulers.
