TS's topic encourages his race to keep bending, it's not considered racist legally since he's degrading his own race. And even if he tries to use an excuse such as "This is sarcasm", it is still unclear the intentions of the TS. What does the TS hope to achieve by insulting his own race?
I don't think providing immense sympathy for TS's race is going make he and his race feels any better. It's even more degrading to his race if we really took pity on his "sarcasm" and gave him our consolations. Does he really needs the other races in Singapore to pity his race? I hope not for his own sake, cos that would be a really retarded behaviour if he is hoping to gain some form of respect for his race from the other race. This is not the way to do it.
