Another Israel company also working with us currently. The customer secretly told me that this Israel company offer to work directly with them with a more attractive package. walau. Now the customer is trying to find every single fault at our side as an excuse to drop us from the project. btw, no PO is given to us yet though we have put in so much effort to it.
Anyone else has similar experience? If you were me, what will you do?well to be honest, as a middle man, in any industry, your position would be precarious ....
unless you can add value to the chain, why should the end customer let you have a cut of the profit as well, no ? ....
