i took a cab at opposite katib MRT station. when i board the SMRT cab i realize that the driver isn't very friendly, but is ok i just kept quiet on the way.
When he reaches my housing area, which is a private housing area, there are quite a number of turns that need to be made b4 reaching my house. and as i was instructing him where to turn, he scold " kan ni nai bei , turn turn turn"
the fare cost 7.30 and i gave him a twenty dollar is not more like a give is he took it away from my hand, and he return to me all the small notes and change, and chase me off the cab.
immediately when i got off the cab, i realize that i was short changed of 2.70 because i totalled the changes it was only 10.
i don't mind the short change but i really mind him swearing at me.
i hope that fellow forumers can help me, i only know is taxi number is SHA 5975 # . i am not sure about the last word. but i am dead sure it is 5975.
is there anyway the SMRT taxi company can track him down ? with the above given information

agreed. but at the same time, there are merry and cheery ones. just that those that stand out are the 'bad apples' cos they leave such a horrible impression. can't stand it

its like that one lah, but some taxi drivers are so kind... few wks ago.. me and my frens took a cab home frm lakeside mrt to cck/bt panjang, i told him "uncle can u go kje and exit frm sungei tengah" cuz im staying cck ave 3. the usual way i told every taxi drivers.. thn here he said.. "young boy, u koe y i hate singaporean so much cuz they ask so much machiam i duno how to go lidat. " wtf.. he himself is one sporean. -.-

And today afternoon I took a cab from my place to International Plaza. Old man cabby want to act smart go from:
Upp S'goon Rd --> Kallang Bahru --> Lavender St --> Nicoll Highway ( almost lost his way there, dun know which exit to turn ) --> Durian road --> Shenton Way ( And finally lost his way because he dun know which road to turn right into Anson Rd. End up total fare is $13.90 and I just give him 12 bucks and slam the door.

Actually all taxi drivers ( part time or full time ) all got same problem. They all want to cheat. Why I say this? Because I have many friends who are also part time drivers. They all told me if dun 'cheat' how to cover rental wor. But not everytime chiu pattern. Sometimes must behave like a professional driver.

i gave him 2 ten dollar note, or should i say i took 2 pieces of 10 dollar note from my wallet, onto my hand, and he took it from there. i didn't give him, he took it.
i was sitting beside the driver seat. now u know why i feel so angry ? is like robbery.
then he short changed me, when i told him so and he said " i gave you back your change wad" is a very aggressive tone.
i have reported to SMRT , they say it would take them a week to get back to me. i mean the few 3 dollars i can 4get about it, but wad i really cannot forgive is the swearing at me, WTF did i do ? just gave instructions on where to turn, since the driver told me he don't know how to get to my unit.
