      What's yours ? .... icon_biggrin.gif

      I used to like the very heavy sauces like alfredo .....

      but now I got a new recent addiction ......

      plain pasta tossed in garlic and basil pesto ! ... icon_razz.gif

      sprinkle grated cheese on top of it and the flavour's awesome ! ....

      Same as fatum too... I get sick of the taste of alfredo towards the end of the meal.

      have yet to try a sauce i don't like.....
      if it has lots of olives and capers, i won't like it. but i've not eaten anything like that before. hohoho~~

      i prefer sauces that are not tomato-based......but...it depends on the pasta, how it's cooked, what is does with etc......

      i could do with a plate of carbonara now. with LOTS of bacon.

      minced meat, stewed chinese mushroomin oyster sauce, tomato ketchup mixed with vinegar

      Ragu or Prego, whichever is on sale at the supermarket.

      Tried Classico once... ugh! Severely watered down and had a strange, synthetic taste.

      there's michaelangelo's and it's vegan sister original sin .....

      actually, i was told Waraku's pasta is damned good too

      of course...

      baba wok had it in waraku.. see pics of the sauce running down his chin...

      i've had it at Ma Maison's and a few other places...

      i remember Maison's coz it was the most recent and probably the best i've tasted smile.png
