      it's the last saturday of September and each year, it's the Grand Finals of the Australian Rules Football

      this year, we'll again go to Muddy Murphy's to drink too much Guinness and watch a football match played by real men... where it is perfectly legal to knee someone in the head to catch a ball.. and the "victim" gets up without batting an eyelid teeth.png

      the match starts at 12 noon (2pm Melbourne time)

      come one, come all!

      let's drink too much Guinness and watch 44 men try to murder each other on a cricket pitch teeth.png

      btw.. the Singapore F1GP qualifying will probably be on that night.. zora and i will be going smile.png

      Dunno I never enjoyed soccer

      I found it boring

      Looks like Geelong is going to be playing in the final this year......  let's see if they can win 2 grand finals 2 years in a row....

      The Cats used to have both God and Buddha in their team at the same time.. teeth.png

      God = Gary Ablett

      Buddha = Gary Hocking

      Both Gary Ablett Senior and Junior have retired.  The junior got into trouble few years ago as he was using drugs with a girl and the girl got overdosed and died.  She could have been alived if Ablett Junior had not passed out.

      Let's see if I can get away from work on that day. I'd like to attend the 3rd free practice session, which should be at 5pm, to snap the F1 cars in daylight. I have the walkabout ticket.

      Many of the footy players either had too much to drink, used too much drugs and/or involved in bar fights.
