Stress is an interesting topic, I remember when I was in college, a professor said that stress is a bless, I believe this professor have been brainwashed, and try to brainwash the students, stress is always the cancer of the modern society, because modernity emphasize on structure, logic, systematic, but the nature of human is emotional, unsystematic, so some people cannot get rid of the stress, they are sick, I believe such people is sad, because first of all he is not happy, even though he is a millionaire, but he is not happy, so still he is miserable, recently some super big company the founder of the company may suffer from psychological problem, some of them become working machine, there is not even as many happiness as a ordinary people.
So when you feel stressed, it’s definitely a bad thing, but if you happen to overcome it ,you are lucky, and you become better, but when is a stress over there, there always some amount of people cannot overcome it, so they suffer from it, some people like this, they cannot enjoy food we eat, clean air we breath, it’s very sad, but if a people have a peaceful and good mentality, even they are under great pressure they are not stressed, but different people have different personality, some tough people may have great capability of overcome stress, but some other people may not so tough, they may easily feel stressed, but don’t feel sorry about that, because such people usually are nice people, they are not so aggressive in nature,
Don’t believe self improvement class when you facing difficulty, because this may cause you from a normal people to abnormal people. People should be natural, some people posses large amount of money, but doesn’t necessarily mean everyone could do that, people are different, some are good at logic thinking, some are good at strategically thinking, some are good at communication, but you should know you should just be who you are, not impersonating other, or intimidating others, I believe, the best way to make you happy , is be exactly who you are.
But being who you are, does not means you ignore the others, it’s not contradictory, being who you r , you r happy, and you can bring happiness to other people,

yes, like i said when you overcome the stress, you become something better, but there are so many obstacles, even one obstacles knock you down, it's hard to recover again, so keep right mentality is important,

some people are born to be success, but i guess, overcoming challenge is not what life all about, i think you love what you do is most important, it is what provide you consistent pleasure, and the way to success.
